Whether you’re just starting out as a manager, or are a seasoned CEO or trustee, the HEY100 Leadership Programme has been designed with your needs in mind and aims to build a stronger, more collaborative social and cultural sector.
Developed with the support of the Big Lottery Fund using National Lottery Funding, The Rank Foundation, Arts Council England, The Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation (UK Branch) and a steering group of cultural and social sector leaders and stakeholders from Hull and East Yorkshire, HEY100 is place-based in its approach and wholly focused on the needs of the local community.
New To Management: A four month programme developing the key skills that new managers need to succeed. Apply by 29 May.
Emerging Leaders: A seven month development programme for high-performing managers and emerging leaders. Apply by 10 March.
Senior Leader Masterclasses: A series of evening sessions for CEOs and senior leaders, led by expert facilitators and designed to engage, challenge and inspire. Apply by 26 February.
Trustee Learning: A nine part online learning programme focused on the skills required for good trusteeship. Apply by 10 March.
Community Champions: Skills and mentoring for the community champions of Hull & East Yorkshire. Apply by 29 May
