In 2018, a range of free leadership and management training is coming to the Voluntary, Cultural and Social Enterprise sectors in Hull & East Yorkshire. With programmes for managers, CEOs, trustees and more, the programme has been designed to benefit individuals working in the not-for-profit sector, their organisations and beneficiaries.
HEY 100 has been developed with the support of the Big Lottery Fund, The Rank Foundation, Arts Council England, Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation (UK Branch) and a steering group of cultural and social sector leaders and stakeholders from Hull and East Yorkshire. The programme is ‘place-based’ in its approach and wholly focused on the needs of the local community.
The programme will run throughout 2018 and includes training for community leaders, those who are new to leadership, managers, CEOs and trustees.
