This one-day leadership short course will help you to realise your strengths and weakness a leader, and how to use this information to become a catalyst for organisational and social change. The course uses Clore Social’s specially designed 360° Leadership Review.
Aimed at those working in the social sector who want to become more effective leaders, participants will be offered tools and frameworks for ongoing leadership development. The 360° Leadership Review focuses on how an individual does their work, not what they do or achieve, which helps inform development planning to achieve leadership aspirations.
Upon request, there will be an opportunity to arrange a free telephone coaching session with one of the course facilitators, either Bill Best or Professor Kevin Money.
Wednesday 8 November 2017 - one full day (9.30am-5pm), with a follow up coaching session

'Leaders, with a genuine interest in being the best they can be, rely on feedback from those they impact in all aspects of their role. This helps them understand when they are getting it right and what they could do differently. Even with great self-awareness it is impossible to know others’ perception of us. The 360° Assessment Review accesses precious information which otherwise is difficult to obtain. In completing a 360°, leaders find out what they do well whilst identifying how they can be even better,' Bill Best, coach.
Please be advised that participants will be required to complete the 360° values and competencies questionnaire in advance of the course. Each participant will also need to put forward five contacts - line managers, peers, direct reports, customers etc - to complete supplementary questionnaires in advance of the course. For more information, please download this 360° overview document which details the process.
The Clore Social Leadership 360° Leadership Review was developed by Bill Best, a Chartered Psychologist and specialist in 360s, and coaching and Professor Kevin Money, Associate Professor at Henley School of Management. It is delivered through ECP-360, a company specialising in 360° appraisals and surveys.
* All Clore Social Leadership short courses are heavily subsidised.
