Two leadership experts announced for April and May Leaders Now events

Two eminent leaders have been announced as guest speakers at our free Leaders Now breakfast events at the House of St Barnabas.

Professor Randall Peterson, Academic Director at the London’s Business School’s Leadership Institute will be our April guest speaker. Randall is a well-known academic in the field of leadership and organisational behaviour where his research focuses on the interpersonal dynamics of senior management in team interactions, and the effects of member personality on group interaction and performance. In addition to speaking about his leadership career, he will discuss how his research findings can be applied to the social  sector.

Debra Allcock Tyler, Chief Executive of the Directory of Social Change, is a highly-regarded leader in our sector. At our May Leaders Now event she will share the leadership insights she has gained from her 30 years working for charities where she has held paid and trustee leadership roles. Debra has also authored several books, and is well-known for her Last Word column in Third Sector Magazine.
