Clore Social Leadership is answering this call by offering accessible and affordable leadership short courses to people working in the social sector who want to rise to this challenge. Our 2017 leadership short courses include:
Catalysing and Leading Change
A two-day short course for leaders and managers who are managing teams and want to accelerate their ability to lead in a continuously changing environment. This change managment course focuses on building key skills such as understanding the leadership capabilities and mind-sets required to catalyse change, engaging and inspiring internal and external stakeholders, building strong teams, and developing a solutions-focused culture.
When: 13 & 14 March 2017 (two full days, 9.30am-5pm)

Using the Clore Social Leadership model, the courses are key elements from the Programme, introducing participants to the Fellowship's leadership development tools which were specifically designed for the social sector. Course attendees will have the opportunity to learn from academics and sector practitioners who deliver key elements of our highly-regarded Fellowship.
