Masterclass information

We are at a crucial juncture, where there is a renewed need to rethink our approach in how we tackle racism, a move from legal compliance to creating attitude change and generating organisational, institutional, structural and systemic change.

This introductory Masterclass will explore race and racism in Britain today, the intersection of faith and how institutional, structural and systemic racism manifests itself.

Participants will explore their role in tackling racism, by gaining a deeper insight into bias, prejudice and discrimination and learning to challenge it in an effective manner.
