It’s different from person to person but we suggest allocating 2-4 hours a week to this course. As with most things, the more you immerse yourself in the course, the more you’ll get out of it. There will be an hour-long, online

Whether you manage people (staff or volunteers) or projects we think this introduction course will be useful to you. We consider management to be any role where you are responsible for the delivery of a project and have to work
with others to make this happen. This might mean working with people inside or outside your organisation.
