Change Management Q&A with Ewan Hilton

Change Management has become a hot topic across the social sector as organisations continue to evolve in the wake of the global pandemic. Our hour-long session is for everyone in the third sector in Wales and is the first event in the Leadership Festival Cymru.

In 2019, Welsh mental health and social change charity Platfform rebranded, following over three decades operating as Gofal. Two years on, we will be speaking with Platfform's Chief Executive, Ewan Hilton, on the decisions behind the rebrand, lessons learnt along the way, and their implications for other organisations considering or implementing sweeping organisational changes.

The hour-long session will include:

  • Interview with Ewan Hilton
  • Q&A discussion
  • Networking and socialising

Ewan Hilton is the Chief Executive of Platfform. He has worked in the charity sector in Wales since he moved to Cardiff when he was 19. Ewan has always worked for organisations with a social purpose, he became aware of the gross lack of equality and social justice as a child and this has driven what he does now and how he has lived ever since.

Ewan lives in Cardiff and is a proud Splott resident. When looking after his physical and emotional health, you’ll see Ewan exercising by getting around by bike and going for walks in the mountains, eating healthily, and spending lots of time with family and friends.

Please indicate in the registration form if you require a Welsh translation.

We hope to see you there!

Holi ac Ateb Rheoli Newid gydag Ewan Hilton

Mae Rheoli Newid wedi dod yn bwnc llosg ar draws y sector cymdeithasol, wrth i sefydliadau barhau i esblygu yn sgil y pandemig byd-eang. Mae ein sesiwn awr o hyd ar gyfer pawb yn y trydydd sector yng Nghymru a dyma'r digwyddiad cyntaf yng Ngŵyl Arweinyddiaeth Cymru.

Yn 2019, ail-frandiodd elusen iechyd meddwl a newid cymdeithasol yng Nghymru o’r enw Platfform, yn dilyn dros dri degawd yn gweithredu fel Gofal. Ddwy flynedd yn ddiweddarach, byddwn yn siarad â Phrif Weithredwr Platfform, Ewan Hilton, am y penderfyniadau y tu ôl i'r ail-frandio a gwersi a ddysgwyd ar y ffordd. Ynghyd a'u goblygiadau i sefydliadau eraill sy'n ystyried neu'n gweithredu newidiadau sefydliadol ysgubol.

Bydd y sesiwn awr o hyd yn cynnwys:

  • Cyfweliad ag Ewan Hilton
  • Trafodaeth Holi ac Ateb
  • Rhwydweithio a chymdeithasu

Ewan Hilton yw Prif Weithredwr Platfform. Mae wedi gweithio yn y sector elusennol yng Nghymru ers iddo symud i Gaerdydd pan oedd yn 19 oed. Mae Ewan bob amser wedi gweithio i sefydliadau sydd â phwrpas cymdeithasol, daeth yn ymwybodol o'r diffyg difrifol o gydraddoldeb a chyfiawnder cymdeithasol fel plentyn ac mae hyn wedi gyrru'r hyn mae'n gwneud nawr a sut mae wedi byw byth ers hynny.

Mae Ewan yn byw yng Nghaerdydd ac yn breswylydd balch Splott. Wrth edrych ar ôl ei iechyd corfforol ac emosiynol, fe welwch Ewan yn ymarfer trwy fynd o gwmpas ar feic a mynd am dro yn y mynyddoedd, bwyta'n iach, a threulio llawer o amser gyda theulu a ffrindiau.

Nodwch ar y ffurflen gofrestru os oes angen cyfieithiad Cymraeg arnoch.

Gobeithiwn eich gweld chi yno!
