The course is facilitated by an experienced Executive Coach and features three live classrooms in which you’ll be able to try out your new coaching skills with your cohort and receive coaching guidance. During this course you will be introduced to curated resources, a range of practical tasks to help you apply your learning and templates to create a plan to take your learning beyond this course. The coaching tips and techniques you gain will also help you improve your team and organisation.
