Have you discussed collaboration in the past few months?

In times of crisis the need to consider how and who to collaborate with to achieve your goals and outcomes becomes a priority - whether it is internally and across teams, or externally with other organisations or individuals.

At Clore Social, we are partnering with Henley Business School to research the skills required to lead social sector organisations successfully. The skill of collaboration has been a strong theme and we are entering into phase two of our research, where we are further exploring specific collaboration skills and behaviours.

Can you participate?

We are looking for social leaders (CEOs and Directors) with direct experience of collaboration who did not participate in our first phase of research to speak to us for about an hour in October.

To be eligible to participate in the research, you will need to answer yes to all of the questions below:

  • Are you a current CEO or Director of a Charity or social enterprise?
  • Does your organisation fit our eligibility criteria of having an annual income from £100,000+?
  • Does your organisation deliver most of their work in the UK?

How you'll participate:

You will have a 1-1 Zoom call with our researcher, Tim Groves, who will explore in detail your own experiences of collaboration.

Click here to sign up for a session that works for you. Once you have booked your slot, we will be in touch with further information.
