The Emerging Leader Bank of America Programme has launched with 25 social sector leaders seeking to develop their leadership skills, strengthen their network and drive social change.
Thanks to the generous support of Bank of America, the programme has provided highly subsidised rates to social leaders to support their leadership journey.
By taking part, the participants will gain the social leadership capabilities needed to tackle 21st Century challenges. They will build the confidence to lead with impact and learn how to navigate complexity, uncertainty and change, and learn to become more effective in their leadership role, enabling high performance across teams and organisations.
This six-month leadership development journey taking place from April – October 2021 aims to foster talent by developing essential leadership skills through individual coaching sessions, online courses, real-life challenges, and peer-to-peer learning. Drawing on all aspects of our Social Leaders’ Capabilities Framework which outlines the attributes, behaviours and skills required to become successful social leaders, the programme is aimed at ambitious and committed leaders who want to expand their leadership capabilities and make a real and lasting difference within the sector.
