Introducing the 2021 Experienced Leaders

The Experienced Leader Programme 2021 has launched with over 25 social sector leaders seeking to enhance and refine their leadership capabilities and make a real and lasting impact within the sector. This nine-month development journey taking place from July 2021 – April 2022 aims
to help build a stronger sector led by skilled, empowered, and generous social leaders through online courses, individual coaching, action learning, and peer-to-peer learning and support. The programme learning draws on all aspects of our Social Leaders’ Capabilities Framework which outlines the attributes,
behaviours and skills required to further develop social leadership. A previous participant quotes, "I am now able to be more realistic with myself and the time I have in which to lead my organisation. I can understand my colleagues' aims and motivations better than before, and I am able to understand what is missing from the bigger picture as a result of now understanding the key elements of a successful leader." The cohort consists of
