Introducing the 2024 spring Experienced Leader programme participants

09 May 2024

We are ecstatic to once again be welcoming a cohort of passionate social leaders for a 7-month transformative journey of leadership development, self-reflection and network building.

The Experienced Leader programme is for those with 6+ years of experience leading in a social sector organisation striving to be changemakers in their communities.

As part of our mission to create a more diverse and equitable social sector, our programme also offers a fully funded bursary place for an individual who identifies as Black or racially minoritised from a charity with an annual turnover of £1 million or less.

Upon completion of the programme, they will join the wider Clore Social Network and become Fellows. Here, the participants will be able to draw upon a 4,000-member strong network and collaborate and grow professionally and personally.

Commenting on their experience and their amazing Programme Facilitator Nicola, a previous participant said :

“It has been a privilege, grateful for the opportunity to be part of this group of amazing leaders, I have learnt so much. Nicola has been a constant source of positivity, expertly guiding us through, creating safe and inclusive spaces, allowing us to be vulnerable, whilst also championing our successes.”

This year’s cohort comes from a range of organisations with different sizes, missions and communities, but all with the purpose of creating meaningful and lasting change.
