We are pleased to be offering a free panel discussion that will delve into how organisations can utilise the diverse and dynamic talents of their intergenerational workforce to enhance their impact on the social sector.
This is the first time that five generations have been in the workforce together and resultingly many biases and stereotypes are flourishing about what each generation brings to the table. Panellists Maya Bhose, founder of The Well Placed, Emily Abbott, founder of Intergenerational England and Savannah Hanson, a Youth Engagement Specialist will challenge us to find ways to bridge the intergenerational gap and question our assumptions.
Drawing on their wealth of experience the panel will explore topics such as:
-What leadership styles work best for fostering collaboration across different generations. -Are there differences in staff retention and motivation across different generations? -Should employers integrate policies and practices to foster collaboration across intergenerational workforces?
Date: Wednesday 2 April Time: 12:00- 13:00 Register here.
