Overview

Action Learning takes place in small peer groups that meet on a monthly basis. The groups are introduced to the concept of Action Learning by a facilitator who will lead the sessions, supporting participants in their development. During the sessions, participants will present a challenge or opportunity they have encountered, the group then offers prompts to assist the individual in finding their next steps. This approach not only provides practical solutions to real-world issues but also promotes a culture of coaching; supporting participants to refine their coaching skills, which can then be applied in their workplace.

Unlike traditional classroom learning, where knowledge is often theoretical, Action Learning ensures that learning is immediately applicable. This practical approach can fast-track development as it encourages participants to implement what they've learned right away.

Apply by 11:59pm on Friday 19 January 2024! Applications will be assessed based on professional experience and leadership-related challenges and goals. Everyone will be informed of the outcome of their applications by Thursday 25 January at the latest.
