Overview

Action Learning takes place in small peer groups providing a confidential space to develop coaching skills, whilst finding answers to real-world challenges.

Meeting on a monthly basis, the group is introduced to the concept of Action Learning by a professional facilitator who will lead the sessions. During each session, participants present a challenge or opportunity they've encountered, and the group offers prompts to help the individual identify their next steps.

This method not only provides practical solutions but also promotes a culture of coaching, helping participants refine their coaching skills, which can be applied in their workplace in real time.

Applications will be assessed based on professional experience and leadership-related challenges and goals. Everyone will be informed of the outcome of their applications by Thursday 25 January at the latest.
