What's includedLumina Spark Personality ProfileYou will begin the programme with an in-depth look at yourself through the Lumina Spark model. This tool provides a comprehensive portrait of your whole personality, helping you understand who you really are, what drives you, how you relate to others, and areas for improvement. After you have completed the assessment, and been provided with a comprehensive report you will have a 1-1 session with a professional coach with social sector experience, where you will have the opportunity to discuss your results and understand how to use them to further your personal and professional development.
Action LearningOnce you have completed your exploration into your personality, you will be invited to attend the Action Learning sessions. Action Learning takes place in small peer groups providing a confidential space to develop coaching skills, whilst finding answers to real-world challenges. Meeting on a monthly basis, the group is introduced to the concept of Action Learning by a professional facilitator who will lead the sessions. During each session, participants present a challenge or opportunity they've encountered, and the group offers prompts to help the individual identify their next steps. This method not only provides practical solutions but also promotes a culture of coaching, helping participants refine their coaching skills, which can be applied in their workplace in real time.
