Workshop information

Participants will leave with a better understanding of their own natural communications style and an appreciation of other communication preferences. This will enable them to communicate more effectively, both internally and externally, and to understand others’ communications strengths and weaknesses.

The Communication Style workshop is a two-hour interacive session featuring expert presentations, breakout room discussions, and relevant exercises.

Eligibility criteria

Social leaders

Although open to all levels of leadership, this workshop will be aimed at new managers (0-3 years experience), or those with limited management training.

Working for social purpose

This refers to organisations or freelance work with a social purpose, including charities, social enterprises, CICs, CSR departments, etc.

Passionate about social change

Your interest in using your leadership skills and knowledge to help make the world a better place is key.

Keen to develop

Your determination to develop yourself so you can lead social change effectively is all you need to take part in the programme.
