Working for social purposeThis refers to organisations or freelance work with a social purpose, including charities, social enterprises, CICs, CSR departments, etc. Passionate about social changeYour interest in using your leadership skills and knowledge to help make the world a better place is key. Keen to developYour determination to develop yourself so you can lead social change effectively is all you need to take part in the programme.
