We are so pleased to announce a second instalment of Leaders Now; an event series that features inspirational speakers sharing their leadership journeys from across the social sector.

In this virtual session we'll be hearing from Annabel Gillard. Annabel is a speaker, writer and researcher on organisational culture and ethical values in an AI-driven future workplace, examining its impact on the changing nature of work and society. She advises corporate clients on the role of ethics and organisational culture in building trust in an AI-driven future workplace, co-founded 'Conversations on AI', a cross-sector tech ethics network, and is a member of the City of London Corporation's 'Women Pivoting to Digital' taskforce.

Previously she spent over 20 years representing clients and building institutional businesses in investment management and she serves on the Advisory Committee of the Institute of Business Ethics and Blueprint For Better Business, She has an MA in Philosophy and AI, an MSc in Behavioural Science and is a CFA charterholder.

Annabel, will explore the impact of technological transformation on our economy and organisations, focusing on how to lead effectively through these changes with a strong emphasis on culture. Annabel will discuss the valuable contributions the new generation brings to this transformation and delve into organisational approaches, particularly around the integration of AI. Additionally, she will highlight the importance of building collective intelligence and taking collective action, addressing how we can harness these forces ethically and responsibly.
