We are pleased to announce the John Ellerman Foundation and The Tudor Trust are funding new places on the Emerging Leader October Programme for individuals working in organisations supporting Older People and improving later life.
Thanks to the generous support of our funders, we are able to offer a highly subsidised rate of £500/£1,000 (discounted from £6000) for 4 individuals.
If you are leading a team, department, or project in an organisation supporting Older People and improving later life, and want to prepare yourself for the next challenge through expanding the impact of your leadership, this programme is for you.
Designed around our Social Leaders’ Capabilities Framework which outlines the attributes, behaviours and skills required to become successful social leaders, the programme is aimed at ambitious and committed leaders who want to expand their leadership capabilities and make a real and lasting difference within the sector.
With extensive face-to-face learning, including individual coaching, a personalised 360 review and two residentials, the programme focuses on personal self-development and provides a host of opportunities to build strong networks with participants from across the sector.
