We are pleased to announce the Health Foundation joins the Oak Foundation and the National Housing Federation in funding new places on the Emerging Leader October Programme for individuals working in Housing & Homelessness organisations.

Thanks to the funders' generous support, we are able to offer a subsidised rate of £500/£1,000 (discounted from £6,000) for 14 individuals.

The Emerging Leader October Programme will run in partnership with the Centre for Homelessness Impact which was created in response to the need for an independent organisation to help change-makers accelerate their use of evidence and data to achieve better results for people affected by homelessness. They will provide participants with expert insights, knowledge and networking opportunities within the sector.

If you are leading a team, department, or project in the Housing & Homelessness sector, and want to prepare yourself for the next challenge through expanding the impact of your leadership, this programme is for you.

Designed around our Social Leaders’ Capabilities Framework which outlines the attributes, behaviours and skills required to become successful social leaders, the programme is aimed at ambitious and committed leaders who want to expand their leadership capabilities and make a real and lasting difference within the sector.

With extensive face-to-face learning, including individual coaching, a personalised 360 review and two residentials, the programme focuses on personal self-development and provides a host of opportunities to build strong networks with participants from across the sector.
