Henry Timms to Speak at January Leaders Now Event

We are so thrilled to kick-start our 2021 Leaders Now Virtual Edition series with guest speaker Henry Timms, co-author of bestselling book New Power, President and CEO of Lincoln Center, and co-founder of #GivingTuesday.

Join us on Tuesday, 26 January at 5:15pm for a thought-provoking and insightful conversation on movement building and leadership for social change.

Leaders Now is a free event series designed to facilitate inspiring conversations and foster networking and collaboration within the social sector. We aim to provide a space where high-calibre leaders can share their leadership insights while engaging in important and thought-provoking discussions on leadership and social issues.

The event is open to anyone interested in attending.


About Henry Timms


Henry Timms is the co-author of the international bestselling book New Power, described by David Brooks in the New York Times as “the best window I’ve seen into this new world” and shortlisted for the FT/McKinsey Business Book of the Year.

Henry is the President and CEO of Lincoln Center, which serves three primary roles: world’s leading presenter of superb artistic programming, national leader in arts and education and community relations, and manager of the Lincoln Center campus.

Previously he was the President and CEO of 92nd Street Y, a cultural and community center that creates programs and movements that foster learning and civic engagement. Under his leadership, the 144-year-old institution was named to Fast Company’s “Most Innovative Companies” list.

He is the co-founder of #GivingTuesday, a global philanthropic movement that engages people in close to 100 countries that has generated over a billion dollars for good causes. Henry is a Hauser Visiting Leader at Harvard Kennedy School and Visiting Fellow at Stanford University.
