Cobseo Emerging Leader 2021 is a six-month online programme designed to help emerging leaders in the armed forces and service charities sector to enhance and refine their leadership capabilities. The programme takes place between June and December 2021.
Thanks to Forces In Mind Trust, we are able to offer the programme at a generously subsided fee, enabling us to continue our commitment to provide affordable leadership to the social sector.
The programme aims to build a stronger sector led by a generation of skilled, empowered, and generous social leaders by offering access to a wealth of leadership development interventions from online modules to professional coaching and leaning days.
A previous participant comments on the programme, “I've become more confident in my ability to meet people and network with organisations within and outside the Armed Forces charity sector. I have already built connections with others on the programme and will continue to do so. I also learnt what it means to be a good leader and can put that into practice to both better support colleagues and ensure work meets our strategic objectives.”
Recruitment is now open with 25 places available. Applications will close Sunday 18 April 2021.
