The Cobseo Emerging Leader Programme 2021 has launched with 20 emerging leaders in the armed forces and service charities sector seeking to enhance and refine their leadership capabilities.
Thanks to the generous support of Forces in Mind Trust, the programme has provided highly subsidised rates to social leaders to support their leadership journey.
This six-month development journey taking place from June – December 2021 aims to foster talent by developing essential leadership skills through individual coaching sessions, online courses, real-life challenges, and peer-to-peer learning. Drawing on all aspects of our Social Leaders’ Capabilities Framework which outlines the attributes, behaviours and skills required to become successful social leaders, the programme aims to build a stronger sector led by skilled, empowered, and generous social leaders.

The cohort consists of leaders working across a variety of UK social sector organisations, including:
