To mark Mental Health Awareness Week, Clore Social partnered with SharedPurpose to deliver a free, practical session on how to incorporate a responsive wellbeing approach for the benefit of your team and organisation.

The timely event, Beating Burnout: How to make The Wellbeing Toolkit work for you and your team, took place on 13 May and was attended by over 70 social sector leaders from across the UK.

Three Clore Social Emerging Leader Fellows, Jemma Bicknell (RedbridgeCVS), Kate Lexen (Tender Education & Arts), and Jess Southgate (Agenda) designed and delivered the session. The session focused on The Wellbeing Toolkit, an accessible and centralised collection of high quality wellbeing resources that help leaders break down the wellbeing challenges facing themselves and their teams.

Jess, Kate and Jemma, alongside Eleanor Butt (Refuge), created the toolkit as part of their 2020 Emerging Leader Programme Challenge project. These resources can be used individually, or put together to form the basis of a full or half-day team wellbeing session.

You can find a recording of the Beating Burnout event below, and join the Wellbeing group on SharedPurpose for additional conversations, content, and practical resources.
