Social Leaders Cymru: Introducing the 2021 Board Leaders

The Board Leader Programme 2021 has launched with over 25 Welsh social sector trustees and board members seeking to enhance and refine their leadership capabilities and make a real and lasting impact within the sector.
 
The programme comprises of six masterclasses taking place from October 2021 – April 2022, and aims to help build a stronger sector led by skilled, empowered, and generous social leaders. The programme learning draws on all aspects of our Social Leaders’ Capabilities Framework which outlines the attributes, behaviours and skills required to further develop social leadership. Topics included on the programme include: managing risk, finances, and new thinking from the perspective of a trustee.
 
The cohort consists of trustees working across a variety of Welsh social sector organisations, including:
