The first Emerging Leader Programme of 2022 has launched with over 20 leaders in the social sector seeking to enhance and refine their leadership capabilities and make a real and lasting impact within the sector.
This six-month development journey taking place from March – September 2022 aims to help build a stronger sector led by skilled, empowered, and generous social leaders through online courses, individual coaching, action
learning, and peer-to-peer learning and support. The programme learning draws on all aspects of our Social Leaders’ Capabilities Framework which outlines the attributes, behaviours and skills required to further develop social leadership.
