This Autumn, Clore Social Leadership will begin a partnership with St Helen’s College and City of Wolverhampton College to deliver a Chartered Institute of Management (CMI) Level 3 Diploma in Principles of Management and Leadership for Social Leaders. The course takes approximately one year to complete, and is designed for first-line managers, junior managers, and supervisors in nonprofit, social enterprise, or community-based organisations who are operationally responsible for a specific area of activity and who want to advance their management expertise. It will equip junior managers with the motivational and communication skills they need to boost operational effectiveness.

For Clore Social Leadership, it presents an exciting opportunity to extend our core principles to the next generation of social leaders. By producing a cohort of generous, effective collaborators, the managers who participate in these courses will return to their organisations with many of the tools needed for a career of leading social change.

Both colleges have begun their recruitment process. Find out more about the offerings and availability for City of Wolverhampton College and St Helen’s College.
