Announcing Experienced Leaders 2022-2023

The 2022-2023 Experienced Leader Programme has launched for experienced leaders in the social sector seeking to refine their leadership capabilities and make a real and lasting impact within the sector. The seven-month intensive programme kicks off on 14 October 2022 with a learning day and induction that will in part lay out the foundations of the programme, as well as Clore Social Leadership's Social Capabilities Framework and Leadership
Development Model that shape the programme. At a time when the sector needs to rise to new and ongoing challenges, the the programme aims to create a cohort of collaborative, generous leadership capable of leading through adversity.
The cohort consists of leaders working across the social sector organisations, including:

- Citizens Advice Barnet
- Form the Future CIC
- Foundation for Change
- Libraries Unlimited
- Royal Academy of Engineering
- Samaritans
- Switchback
- The British Library
- The Clare Foundation
- The Health Foundation
- Trinity Community Arts
- Youth Futures Foundation
- YouthBorders
This is the final Experienced Leader programme beginning this year, with applications for next years programme opening in the coming weeks.
