Announcing Emerging Leaders 2023
24 February 2023
The first Emerging Leader Programme of 2023 has launched for leaders in the social sector seeking to hone their skills to make a real and lasting impact. The six-month programme kicked off on 23 February 2023 with a learning day and induction that will lay the foundations of the programme. Participants are also introduced to Clore Social Leadership’s Social Capabilities Framework and Leadership Development Model that the programme revolves around. At a time when the sector needs to rise to new and ongoing challenges, the programme aims to create a cohort of collaborative, generous leaders, capable of leading through adversity. This cohort consists of leaders working across various social sector organisations, including: - SSAFA The Armed Forces Charity
- Refugee Women Connect
- Engineers without Borders (EwB)
- The Junction - Young People, Health and Wellbeing
- Scottish Government
- London Borough Of Islington
- Independent Age
- Career Accelerator
- Houria CIC
- Child Poverty Action Group (CPAG) in Scotland
- Heads On
- The Pilgrim Trust
- DataKind UK
- Creative UK
- The National Lottery Community Fund
- World Habitat
This is the first Emerging Leader Programme of the year, with applications for the next programme opening around Spring 2023.
