Announcing Experienced Leader 2023

The first Experienced Leader Programme of 2023 has has commenced, offering leaders an opportunity to refine their leadership skills to bring about real and long lasting changes in the sector.

The seven-month programme started on 23 February 2023 with a learning day and induction that will in part lay out the foundations of the programme, as well as Clore Social Leadership's Social Capabilities Framework and Leadership Development Model that shape the programme. The objective of the programme is to equip the participants to effectively deal with the continuous challenges that the social sector faces amidst a group of collaborative leaders.

The cohort consists of leaders working across the social sector organisations, including:

  • Chichester Festival Theatre
  • Abraham Initiatives / Mavar

  • National Children's Bureau 
  • Borough of Islington
  • Creative UK

This is the first Experienced Leader programme of this year, with applications for the next programme opening around Spring 2023.
