New Launch : Applications now open for our Emerging Leader and Experienced Leader Programmes

We are delighted to announce that our popular programmes for social sector leadership development are both accepting new applications!

As part of our commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in leadership roles within the non profit sector, both programmes will offer a bursary for an individual who identifies as Black or racially minoritised and who come from an organisation with an annual turnover of 1 million or less. This bursary can be applied to as part of the general application for the programmes.

The Emerging Leader is a 9 month programme designed to empower the next generation of budding social sector leaders who are passionate about making a positive impact in their communities. Candidates should have between 3-6 years leading a team and a passion to become a changemaker in the social sector.   

For those with 6+ years of experience, the Experienced Leader programme, taking place over 7 months, offers a unique opportunity for individuals who are eager to continue making strides in the social sector to do so while expanding their network. By collaborating with others in the sector they are able to help each other overcome barriers and drive meaningful change in their respective organisations.
