17 June 2024

After the successful debut of our pilot Management Fundamentals programme, we are ecstatic to announce we will be welcoming another cohort from September 2024-November 2024.

Our 7-week programme gives newly appointed managers or current managers looking for a refresher the opportunity to delve into expert-led modules that focus on self-reflection, effective communication and how to move from a good leader to a great leader. Modules include:

- You as a manager
- Personal effectiveness
- Effective communication
- High performing teams
- Future thinking

We are committed to the development of a social sector that champions equality and diversity and in line with addressing the disparities and imbalances in social sector leadership, we have three bursaries available for individuals from Black or racially minoritised backgrounds from small or medium-sized organisations (annual income of less than £1m). If you would like to apply for the bursary please apply here.

Nadia Alomar, CEO of Clore Social commented:
