Applications open for the Emerging Leader programme 2025

We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications for the May 2025 Emerging Leader programme. The programme is tailored for budding leaders who have gained at least three years of leadership experience, either paid or voluntary, leading projects, teams, volunteers and/or departments, from any sector. The programme commonly caters for Managers, Project Managers, Team Leaders, Senior Managers and Heads of, who are ready to take their leadership skills to the next level by deepening their understanding of themselves and the kind of leader they want to be.
The programme contains various leadership development tools including: The Discover Programme; Social Leadership Learning Modules; In-person Residential; Professional Coaching; Action Learning Sets (ALS); Lumina Spark; 360 Feedback and a Peer Innovation Challenge.

This programme has been curated for individuals who are looking to progress in their roles, understand themselves as leaders and unpick some of the greatest challenges the sector is facing.
Previous participants have held roles in Friends of the Earth, Oxfordshire Inclusive Economy Partnership (OIEP), Wellcome Trust, Reach Foundation and Imagination Library.
