We are proud to launch Supporting Sector Leaders: Liverpool & Northern Ireland, a fully-funded online leadership programme designed to strengthen strategic leaders working in refugee, migration, and racial equity organisations across these regions.
Taking place between June - September 2025, this initiative offers a powerful combination of peer-led Action Learning and professional coaching, equipping participants with the tools, confidence, and networks to address the unique challenges their communities face. By bringing together leaders from the same geographic and sectoral backgrounds, the programme fosters deep local connections, amplifies impact, and creates lasting change at both individual and organisational levels.
Designed exclusively for senior leaders, this programme ensures that all participants bring strategic expertise, enabling in-depth discussions and tailored solutions to the pressing issues affecting their communities. The focused approach enhances knowledge-sharing, allowing leaders to develop practical, region-specific strategies that benefit the entire cohort.
Nadia Alomar, CEO of Clore Social Leadership, commented:
“This programme is a crucial step in strengthening leadership within the refugee, migration, and racial equity sectors. By fostering collaboration between leaders facing similar challenges in Liverpool and Northern Ireland, we can create stronger networks and more empowered communities. We’re honoured to support such a vital initiative that will empower leaders to drive meaningful, long-term impact.”
This programme is a step towards lasting change, empowering leaders, strengthening communities, and shaping a more equitable future.
