Meet Our New Trustees

We are thrilled to announce the appointment of three new trustees to our Board of Trustees.

Each of them brings the expertise, values and vision needed to guide our mission and strengthen our impact during this pivotal time for the social sector.

Meet Our New Trustees

• Marcel Mballa-Ekobena
  Director of Corporate Integration, IFRS Foundation
  Marcel brings over 18 years of global experience across investment banking, ESG, and impact, with a strong background in leadership and strategy. A London Business School Sloan Fellow, Marcel’s financial and strategic insight will be key to supporting our commercial sustainability and leadership programme development.
  
• Simon Miller
  Director of Public Affairs & Regional Affairs, Virgin Media O2
  Simon has led impactful work around digital inclusion, youth skills, online safety, and decarbonisation. With  extensive experience in public affairs and third sector engagement, Simon strengthens our ability to build partnerships, broaden our reach, and connect with key stakeholders across sectors.
  
• Clive Sparrow
  Experienced Trustee and Non-Executive Director
  Clive brings a wealth of experience in financial management, governance and public sector transformation. Clive’s work with HM Treasury, alongside his leadership in professional services and extensive board experience, ensures we remain a resilient, forward-thinking organisation grounded in robust strategy and values-driven decision-making.
