Deadline: 29 November 2021, at 11:59pm Eligibility criteriaSocial leadersAlthough open to all levels of leadership, this workshop will be aimed at new managers (0-3 years experience), or those with limited management training. Working for social purposeThis refers to organisations or freelance work with a social purpose, including charities, social enterprises, CICs, CSR departments, etc. Passionate about social changeYour interest in using your leadership skills and knowledge to help make the world a better place is key. Keen to developYour determination to develop yourself so you can lead social change effectively is all you need to take part in the programme. OutcomesThis workshop will help identify your communication style, and what it means for managing your team
Reflect on your communication style and how to maxamise the strengths Understand how your communication style dictates managing a team. Learn the initial steps required to build better relationships with a team. Identify different communication styles in your team and organisation, and how to navigate the different styles. Leverage your communication style to your organisations internal layout. Make better use of the tools within your organisation when dealing with all levels of the organisation.
