Throughout the programme you will explore the fundamentals of leadership to support you to be more effective and equip you with the skills to map out your future leadership journey.  This will reaffirm the  foundation your leadership is built upon so that you can continue to transform your organisation, community and the world around you.

This powerful personality profiling system provides a unique portrait of who you are, helping you increase your self-awareness, reveal hidden potential and help you understand how you respond in challenging circumstances. This includes a full-day training session to allow for deep understanding of your profile and what it means for you as a leader. For more information on Lumina Spark, please click here.

With a small group of peers, you will regularly come together in an inclusive and confidential space to aid reflective learning. You will present challenges you face and, with the support of the Set, deepen your understanding of the situation and possible solutions, finding the answers within yourself and through learning from one another. As well as providing practical solutions to real-world issues, Action Learning promotes a culture of coaching; supporting you to refine your coaching skills, which can then be applied within your organisation.

Over two days, you will be guided through a series of workshops and activities that strengthen cohort connections, explore some of the key challenges faced by the sector and learn more about yourself through Lumina Spark psychometric self-portrait. You will have the opportunity to hear directly from experienced social leaders, including their key lessons, failures and tips they learnt along the way. Through these stories, you will be learning key leadership lessons whilst also growing your network.

These workshops provide a supportive, moderated space for participants to explore and address systemic inequities, navigate bias, and understand structural inequalities. Led by an experienced facilitator, the sessions will equip the participants with practical strategies to cultivate diverse and equitable environments. Facilitator: Jessica Rogers
For more than 15 years, Jessica has coached ambitious, values-driven senior leaders to strengthen their voice, lead with authenticity, and progress in their careers without compromising who they are. Many of the leaders Jessica works with; directors, VPs, chiefs of staff, senior counsel and others care deeply about their teams and the difference they make. Yet they often feel unseen, undervalued, or pressured to fit into leadership models that don't reflect their true selves.

Alongside individual coaching, Jessica collaborates with organisations to strengthen leadership pipelines, build inclusive cultures, and create environments where diverse talent can thrive. Jessica designs tailored programmes and group coaching that sharpens communication, increases influence and equips leaders with practical skills for sustainable impact. Jessica's approach is grounded in more than 2,500 hours of coaching, continuous professional development toward Master Coach Certification (MCC), and a deep belief that leadership without compromise is not only possible but essential.

Independent evaluators: The Social Investment Consultancy
The Social Investment Consultancy will play a crucial role in refining the programme design and enhancing monitoring and evaluation process, ensuring the programme remains accountable and responsive to feedback.
