Due to the success of our 2020 programme, we are delighted to announce the launch of this years’ Experienced Leader Online 2021.
Experienced Leader Online 2021 is a nine-month online programme designed for those with six plus years’ leadership experience to enhance and refine their leadership capabilities and make a real and lasting impact within the sector, taking place between July 2021and April 2022.
Drawing on all aspects of our Social Leaders’ Capabilities Framework which outlines the attributes, behaviours and skills required to become successful social leaders, the programme is designed to increase self-awareness, confidence, resilience, and generate tangible leadership behaviour change.
This immersive leadership development journey will provide access to professional coaching, online courses, Action Learning Sets, real-life challenges - all with the aim to help participants build the skills, knowledge and networks needed to lead social change effectively.
