Launch of Social Leaders Oxfordshire in partnership with Aspire Oxfordshire!

Clore Social Leadership in partnership with Aspire Oxfordshire and other local social impact sector partners is delighted to announce the launch of Social Leaders Oxfordshire.

Social Leaders Oxfordshire aims to create the time, permission and space to enhance wellbeing, resilience and empathy in the social sector. It has been developed in close collaboration with local organisations to respond to challenges specific to Oxfordshire. The series offers two different programme streams for individuals at various levels of their career or community role: Emerging Leader Oxfordshire and Voluntary and Community Leader Oxfordshire.

The programmes will cater to leaders at different stages and levels of experience; from small to large organisations. This unique skills and capacity building programme aims to nourish and replenish leadership and innovation for a sector in crisis. This fully funded opportunity, aims to assist the recovery of the third sector from Covid-19 by enhancing resilience, strengthening communities and increasing the diversity of leaders.

We are on a mission to democratise leadership, making development accessible to every social leader in the UK for a fair and equitable society. As part of this, we are strongly committed to supporting leaders from the Global Majority, and we actively encourage applications from people from ethnically diverse backgrounds.
