Launch of Open Programmes

The launch of the last open programmes for 2023!

To support the development of aspiring and existing leaders in the social sector, we are running three guided programmes for those working towards social good: Management Essentials, Emerging Leader and Experienced Leader.

The Management Essentials contains a series of six online workshops delivered over a five-month period designed for those who are new to management, have limited, formal management training or would like a refresher. The early bird fee is £950 for applications made by 11:59pm on Tuesday 5 September 2023. Thereafter, the programme will cost £1,250. 

The Emerging Leader is a seven-month programme designed to help emerging leaders build their leadership potential, strengthen their networks, and drive social change. The early bird fee is £1,900 for applications made by 11:59pm on Monday 17 July 2023. Thereafter, the programme will cost £2,550.

The Experienced Leader is a seven-month programme designed for experienced leaders in the social sector to enhance and refine their leadership capabilities and make a real and lasting impact within the sector. The early bird fee is £2,300 for applications made by 11:59pm on Tuesday 22 August 2023. Thereafter, the programme will cost £2,950.

Participants will be guided to develop inspirational, empowering, courageous, focused, passionate and generous leadership capabilities - qualities essential to any effective leader. They will learn how and what these skills and behaviours look like in action, where their strengths and areas of improvement lie, and how they can develop and encourage them in themselves and others.
