We are pleased to announce that applications for the May 2025 Experienced Leader programme are now open!
The Experienced Leader programme is curated for senior social sector strategic decision makers, who have 6+ years of leadership experience from any sector, both paid and voluntary. It programme commonly attracts Directors, Chief Executives and in some cases Heads of and Senior Managers.
The programme supports participants to explore concepts such as authentic leadership, strategic direction, building personal resilience, change management, building self awareness and one’s own identity as a strategic leader- and much more.
Delivered through a variety of in person and online development tools including Action Learning, coaching sessions, Lumina Spark psychometric portrait and a two day residential.
We understanding that finding time for development opportunities among senior leaders is tough and we have curate a programme that equate to 9 days of commitment over eight months.
