We are delighted to announce that our popular Management Fundamentals programme will be welcoming another cohort from May to July 2025.
82% of managers have never received formal training. Our 7-week programme equips new and experienced managers needing a refresher with essential resources and strategies to lead their teams effectively.
This programme requires only around 3-4 hours per week of dedicated focus so that participants can slot it seamlessly into their schedules while also making the most of the opportunity to learn and grow alongside their peers from across the social sector.
