Board Leader Cymru6 October 2021 - 29 April 2022A six-month series of masterclasses and networking for trustees of charities and social enterprises led by expert facilitators, designed to engage, challenge and inspire. Free Applications closed Register for updatesProgramme informationTrustees play a crucial role in managing and directing charities. Good trusteeship as a set of skills and behaviours is an invaluable asset, contributing to the sustainability, effectiveness and efficiency of an organisation. Over the course of six masterclasses, a cohort of 25 trustees will be engaged in interactive events where they will come together to learn, debate and collaborate on some of the most pressing issues facing social and cultural sector organisations in Wales. The masterclasses are designed as a ‘deep dive’ into a topic, based on a real-life case study and facilitated by an expert. The cohort will then participate in a facilitated discussion to learn about their real-world solutions to some of these leadership issues. The programme is an opportunity for trustees to develop and grow in their role in a supported, structured manner. Trustees will finish the programme with a greater sense of confidence and a toolkit of learning to take back to their board.
